Refund Policy

We’re sure that you’ll love your Strange the Jewellers item, but on the occasion that you are not happy with it, we will make it our purpose to resolve this quickly and efficiently. We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase. Please return the goods in their original packaging, in an unworn original condition, with your order confirmation enclosed and we will be happy to issue you a full refund once we have received the item. Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours, after the item has been checked and verified. It may take a couple of days to appear in your account depending on your banks T&Cs.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us by email on info@strangethejewellers.co.uk with the reason for this and the new item code that you wish to exchange it with. If the item is cheaper than the original item ordered, we will offer a refund for the difference, if the exchange is requested within 14 days of purchase. If the item is more than original purchase value, you will be required to pay the difference before we dispatch the replacement.

We will dispatch your new item once we have received the original item, in its original packaging and in an unused condition with its order confirmation enclosed.
