Do you have a design in mind? Or just an idea and would like to turn it into a cherished piece of jewellery?
Whether it is an engagement ring, wedding band or you have an idea for a new piece of jewellery we can work with you to make the design and bring it to life.
Having a bespoke piece of jewellery made it truly unique to you and has a story behind it and that's what we love.
The process is as easy as 1,2,3 and here's how we do it...
We understand that this may seem daunting, but rest assured we are here to help you through every step of the way. With our design and jewellery knowledge we will work with you to make that perfect piece for you to treasure forever.
1. Your Initial Consultation
Come and see our friendly design team for a full consultation in store. You can either book an appointment or just pop in. It's completely free of charge so there is no initial commitment until you're ready and 100% certain of the design.
Our talented design team will go through ideas and designs to build a picture of the piece you'd like to have made. Most importantly, we carefully listen to your ideas and visions and discuss all design options available. We have a portfolio of designs we have previously made that you can also draw inspiration from.
During the consultation, we will establish all the details of the design and the finer details such as metal, gemstones, diamonds and price range along with timeframes. If gemstone or diamonds are required we will source these and ask you to return to the store and offer advice on the stone but ultimately for you to choose the perfect stone/stones for your piece. You may on the other hand have gemstones that you cherish, and you would like to use them in the design, and this is something we can accommodate.
We will work with you throughout the whole process. Think of us holding your hand every step of the way.
2. The Design Process
If you are happy with the initial consultation our design team will then put pencil to paper and start on your design. Once we have the initial design on paper, we will work our magic and turn this into a 3D CAD design for you to see a true colour image of the design. We will go through and discuss it with you and see if there are any alterations you'd like to make.
When we have the design perfect, and you are ready to turn it into reality, we will then request a deposit to start the commission with our expert workshop. The process usually takes 6-8 weeks.
3. The Big Reveal
Now for the really exciting part. This is where the magic truly happens. The moment that you come and collect your bespoke piece. The piece that you have been dreaming about is now yours - something that you can treasure forever!
