Shipping Policy
We are delighted to offer delivery to mainland United Kingdom on all our beautiful products. If you require delivery to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Mann please contact the store to see how we can assist you.
All orders placed before 12pm Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after 1pm it will be dispatched the following day. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that all orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays won’t be dispatched until the following Tuesday.
Delivery Options
Please note all orders over £75.00 will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge unless in-store collection is selected.
Standard Delivery – £4.00
- Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class
- Expected Delivery in 1 to 3 business days (if ordered before website cut-off)
Express Delivery – £8.00 (Free on orders over £75)
- Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Next Day Delivery (if ordered before website cut-off)
Instore Collection – Free
- You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in our Wokingham Store. After placing your store and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 3 hours. You will be notified when it is ready.
- Our in-store pickup hours are 11-5 on Tuesday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
