2026 Annual Holiday Closure Notice

Policy

We are delighted to offer delivery to mainland United Kingdom on all our beautiful products. If you require delivery to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Mann please contact the store to see how we can assist you.

All orders placed before 12pm Tuesday-Saturday will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after 1pm it will be dispatched the following day. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that all orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays won’t be dispatched until the following Tuesday.

Delivery Options

Please note all orders over £75.00 will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge unless in-store collection is selected.

Standard Delivery –  £5.50

• Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24. 
  
• You will recieve a tracking code.
• Expected Delivery in 1 to 3 business days (if ordered before website cut-off)
  

Express Delivery – £9.00 (Free on orders over £75)

• Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery 
• You will recieve a tracking code.
• Next Day Delivery (if ordered before website cut-off)
  

In-store Collection – Free

• You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in our Wokingham Store. After placing your store and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 3 hours. You will be notified when it is ready.
• Our in-store pickup hours are 11-5 on Tuesday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Free Click & Collect is available from our Wokingham store. Place your order online and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready to pick up at a time that suits you.

Online exclusion: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

In the event you receive an item & it is faulty please call us on 01189785582 or email us at info@strangethejewellers.co.uk so we can discuss the best way to resolve this for you.

Refund Policy

We’re sure that you’ll love your Strange the Jewellers item, but on the occasion that you are not happy with it, we will make it our purpose to resolve this quickly and efficiently. We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase. Please return the goods in their original packaging, in an unworn original condition, with your order confirmation enclosed and we will be happy to issue you a full refund once we have received the item. Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours, after the item has been checked and verified. It may take a couple of days to appear in your account depending on your banks T&Cs.

Please be aware that we cannot refund return postage.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us by email on info@strangethejewellers.co.uk with the reason for this and the new item code that you wish to exchange it with. If the item is cheaper than the original item ordered, we will offer a refund for the difference, if the exchange is requested within 14 days of purchase. If the item is more than original purchase value, you will be required to pay the difference before we dispatch the replacement.

We will dispatch your new item once we have received the original item, in its original packaging and in an unused condition with its order confirmation enclosed.
